The Kellin Foundation's Wellness Academy is a comprehensive program that aims to promote holistic wellness and mental health through a series of FREE wellness classes. Wellness Academy offers a range of peer support classes designed to help individuals develop healthy habits and coping strategies to manage stress, depression, anxiety, substance use and other mental health issues. Wellness Academy helps individuals develop healthy habits, improve their overall well-being, and gain a deeper understanding of their mental health. All classes meet in-person at Kellin Foundation’s Peer Support office located on the second floor of the Guilford County Behavioral Health Urgent Care at 931 Third Street in Greensboro, NC, unless otherwise denoted. Attitude of Gratitude is a one day wellness class in which you’ll discover the transformative power of gratitude in your everyday life. This class is designed to help you cultivate a positive mindset and enhance your overall well-being through the practice of gratitude.

Begins September 23rd

Planning Your Recovery is a class is designed to support individuals who have substance use they have identified as problematic and who want support to make changes. Learn, create, and implement a personal substance use recovery plan.

Begins September 24th

Building Self Esteem is a class that teaches strategies to boost self-worth, overcome negative self-perceptions, and gain practical tools for personal growth. Join us to unlock your full potential, improve relationships, and cultivate a more positive outlook on life.
