Individual Peer Support

  • Teens and Adults age 13 and up recovering from mental health or substance use issues.

  • Middle schoolers in grades 6-8.

  • Connections is a workshop for middle schoolers, fostering crucial life skills and resilience. Participants delve into self-esteem, social skills, and stress management techniques through engaging activities and discussions. This program empowers youth to cultivate confidence, effective communication, and emotional resilience, essential for navigating adolescence successfully. By joining Connections participants gain valuable tools and insights that support their personal growth and well-being, preparing them to thrive in various aspects of their lives.

  • Teenagers in grades 9-12.

  • Teens Gotta Talk program is a safe haven for adolescents to express themselves. Facilitated by a certified youth peer support specialist this program provides a platform for teens to discuss the challenges they face, from mental health concerns to navigating adolescence. Teens Gotta Talk encourages open dialogue, fostering a supportive environment where participants can share experiences and gain valuable insights. Through interactive sessions and peer interaction, teens find empowerment, connection, and guidance.

Compeer

  • Adults age 18 and up in mental health or substance use recovery.

  • Certified peer support specialists and peers seeking support creating a network of understanding and encouragement. Through regular interactions, Compeer fosters meaningful connections that promote emotional well-being.
