Wraparound Services

Individuals and families often have needs that go beyond peer support and counseling. Our case coordinators assist with referrals and connections to additional services that help build health and wellness, including housing, access to food, job training and more. We listen to your needs and wants, and connect you to not only services that we can provide, but services provided by our partner organizations as well, resulting in a wraparound approach to supporting your health and wellness.
